Shipping Information, Rates, Gift Messages & Exchanges

We want you to wear your Storyville tees, so we try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Here's the scoop on shipping. Also, check out the info below on exchanges.

Domestic Shipping

Order as many items as you want for the flat rate of $3.50.

All items ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Expedited shipping is not available.

We'll do our absolute best to keep your items shipped as fast as possible. Items in stock generally ship within three business days after the order is placed. If items are out of stock, items can take up to two weeks to ship. Since we print all the apparel that we sell by hand and in small batches, there might be occasional delays in stocking some items.

International Shipping

International shipping is subject to availability via the U.S. Postal Service. International orders are not guaranteed. We'll bring your package to the U.S. Postal Service and trust them to get it to you through your country's mail courier.

Exchanges

At Storyville, we stand by our designers and our products. If you not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase and exchange it for another item or equal or lesser value. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, but we are happy to make exchanges. Contact us here if you plan to exchange a tee so we can make sure we have the correct size in stock. 

Gift Messages

Sending a tee as a gift? Make sure to fill out the free gift message form when you check out. We don't include packing slips in most packages, but if you fill out a gift message, then they'll know who the awesome tee is from -- and you'll get credit for being so awesome.
